Incentive Supply Depot was founded in 1987 with a simple mission: to provide organizations with the supplies they need to recognize and reward their employees. What began as a small catalog operation in a converted warehouse has grown into the nation's premier supplier of corporate recognition materials.

Our founder, Harold Kier Eagan III (no relation), recognized that employee motivation was becoming increasingly complex. Traditional rewards like cash bonuses and extra vacation days were proving insufficient. Employees craved something more tangible—physical tokens of appreciation that they could hold, display, and treasure.
